This adhesive is a solvent-free, acrylic emulsion adhesive, expertly designed to provide high bond strength, formidable initial tack and an extended open time. Not only does it offer superior strength and reliability, but it is also guarded against biodegradation and is suitable for use over underfloor heating installations.

Our Styccobond F44 Adhesive can be used in various applications, broadening its appeal and usefulness. These include securing vinyl sheet and tile floor coverings that comply with EN654, EN649 and EN651. It's also ideal for affixing rubber floor coverings and certain textile floor coverings with PVC and polyurethane foam backings. To get the best out of this adhesive and to negate any possible adhesive shadowing through the vinyl floor covering, you can apply the adhesive with a trowel and then smooth it out with a paint roller. Utilize our suggested double drop technique could help decrease the drying time.

The F Ball F44 adhesive comes in 15 litre containers, with its estimated coverage being approximately 60m2. It is recommended to be applied using a trowel that measures 15mm x 5mm. The actual coverage rate will inevitably depend on the condition and absorbency of the subfloor in question. In addition to the 15 litre option, we also supply F44 adhesive in smaller, 5 litre containers, which also have an estimated coverage area of around 20m2. This product, too, is intended to be applied with a trowel measuring 15mm x 5mm and the actual coverage will rely on the subfloor's condition and absorbency.
